CDue
to the lack of stores in Leogane and an unreliable mail system in
Haiti, sometimes the missionaries and house staff have items in
mind that they need/want. There are also many items we would like
to use for ministry but are difficult to find or purchase in Haiti.
If you are coming with a group please look over this list and
determine if you or someone from your group can bring any of the
items.
We realize that some of these items are pricey for one person to purchase on their own. This may be a great opportunity to have some people from your church to be involved who are not coming on the trip but would like to contribute in a special way.
If you come
with a team, we would love for you to leave items with us which you
do not “need” to take home with you. Items we can always use are
snacks, toiletries, first aid items, medicines, items for VBS, and
Bible study items. Some people also leave gently used clothing and
shoes. If the house staff cannot use the items left behind, we will
find someone who can use them in Haiti.
This page is constantly changing as we meet needs and have new requests, so please check back as often as you can. If you would like to purchase or send an item or items but do not have plans to come on a trip in the near future, please contact Roland or Cindy at the office (912.674.7649) and we will let you know how you can get the item(s) to us. Thank you in advance for assisting our ministry in this way.
We ask all teams to
bring:
One large box of Bisquick per team (One Team = every eight member).
One large Coffe Creamer per team (One Team = every eight members).
Constant Needs:
(These are items we currently need and/or can never have enough of...)
